Professor Miłosz Parczewski graduated from the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin in 2002. Five years later he obtained a degree of doctor of medical sciences. He obtained a post-doctoral degree in 2012 a the series of publications – scientific achievement under the title "Molecular epidemiology in HIV-1 infection: genetic variation of the host and virus". Academic teacher since 2009. He obtained education in the United Kingdom (University of Birmingham, University of Nottingham, Edinburgh), and in Rockville – USA. Since 2014 he has been employed as an associate professor in the Pomeranian Medical University, where he performs the function of the Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Tropical Diseases and Acquired Immunodeficiency.
Professor Miłosz Parczewski is a member of the research team in the project "Rapid Assessment of Drug Law & Policy in the Former Soviet Union & Central and Eastern Europe". He cooperates with numerous non-governmental organisations.
