Frequently Asked Questions

Will my computer allow me to watch live transmissions via janssen.tv?
The easiest way to determine whether your computer is capable of playing live transmissions and archive materials from janssen.tv is to run this test.

I can’t access certain parts of the website. How do I log in?
In order to login to the janssen.tv.pl platform, go to the Login tab in the top-right corner of the website.
How to improve or change the transmission quality?

In order to ensure that users can enjoy the best possible sound and video quality on a wide variety of platforms and devices, our player automatically adjusts the live transmission parameters on the go, for instance: If you are watching the transmission at home with a broadband connection, you will receive a HD-quality signal.

If you are in a train or any other place where access to the internet is limited, you will receive lower-quality video, which will help increase the transmission smoothness.

If you are viewing materials from our Archive, you can do this by clicking the “Change Quality” button in the bottom right corner.

Why is my broadcast buffering?
Frequent buffering and loss of playback smoothness are usually caused by a slow internet connection. Try closing all browser windows and unnecessary programs.
I can see the video but I cannot hear anything. Why?
Check if your loudspeakers are wired properly and the sound is not muted. Contact us if you need help.
How can I ask a question during the transmission?
Use the "Ask a Question" text field located in the bottom right corner of the screen during the transmission. This function is not available for smartphones.
Why can’t I see a question asked via chat?
All questions are moderated. Depending on the number of questions asked, it can take up to a few minutes for them to be accepted. Questions violating Terms of use will be rejected
